Our system was designed and built by our staff specifically for our operation. The system is a 3 stage spray washer built out of Stainless Steel. The parts go through the 3 stage washer on a conveyor system and then into an oven for drying. The benefits of a phosphate spray wash is:

1.  Cleans and degreases parts prior to painting or powdercoating.

2.  Form a stable inert coating  on steel.

3.  Provides excellent paint adhesion.
